Andrew founded Entegro in 2023 to do the thing most consultants won't: step inside a company and run it. He embeds as a fractional COO and integrator across SaaS, IT and managed services, professional services, and AI and tech-enabled businesses, aligning teams, fixing operations, and preparing businesses to scale and exit. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), he leads the Exit Blueprint, integrating owners' financial, personal, and business goals into one executable plan.

Tyler is an operator who pairs deep operations and change-management experience with an edge in AI and data. A former head of business operations and a founder in his own right, he runs embedded engagements end-to-end and builds the AI-enabled systems and diagnostics that make Entegro's work faster, clearer, and more measurable.
