Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of entegro.io, the FACE Readiness Scorecard, our booking and contact tools, and Entegro's text messaging program (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by Entegro ("Entegro," "we," "us," "our"). You can reach us at tyler@entegro.io or +1 970-818-0775.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for businesses and business professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or opt in to text messages.

3. Informational purposes only

Content on this site, including articles, case studies, frameworks, and the FACE Readiness Scorecard, is provided for general informational purposes. Scorecard results are diagnostic guidance, not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship with Entegro. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Results and testimonials

Case studies, metrics, and testimonials on this site describe specific client engagements and are not a guarantee or prediction of results for your business. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your team, market, and execution.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or tool.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, or reproduce site content or Scorecard logic for commercial use without our written permission.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or the systems that run them.
  • Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications.

6. SMS terms and conditions

  1. 6.1 Program description. By opting in through a form on this site, a chat widget, a booking page, or by texting us directly, you agree to receive text messages from Entegro. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include (a) non-marketing messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, and updates on services we are providing to you, and (b) marketing messages such as new service updates, insights, and offers.
  2. 6.2 Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing your phone number or consenting to text messages is not required to book a call, use the Scorecard, or engage Entegro's services.
  3. 6.3 Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
  4. 6.4 Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
  5. 6.5 Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. You may opt out of marketing messages while continuing to receive non-marketing messages by contacting us.
  6. 6.6 Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, email tyler@entegro.io, or call +1 970-818-0775.
  7. 6.7 Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. 6.8 Number changes. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us so we can update or remove your consent record.
  9. 6.9 Privacy. Our handling of your phone number and message data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, frameworks (including V2E and FACE), and all related content are owned by Entegro or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for your own internal business evaluation. Any other use requires our written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or embed third-party websites and tools (for example, scheduling, forms, or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTEGRO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entegro from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
