Privacy Policy

Entegro ("Entegro," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through entegro.io, the FACE Readiness Scorecard, our booking and contact tools, and our text messaging program (together, the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form, book a call, complete the Scorecard, use a chat widget, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, website, your Scorecard answers and results, and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and similar usage data through cookies and analytics tools. See Section 6.

Information from third parties. If you arrive via a referral partner, advertising platform, or scheduling tool, we may receive basic information from that source (for example, that you clicked an ad or booked a time).

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and requests.
• Schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments.
• Generate and deliver your FACE Readiness Scorecard results.
• Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• Send you messages you have opted in to receive, including text messages (see Section 4).
• Send marketing communications about our services, insights, and offers, where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.
• Analyze site traffic and usage to improve content and performance.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis (where applicable)

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent (for marketing and SMS), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, performance of a contract or steps at your request before entering one, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you opt in to text messages, we collect your phone number, the consent you gave, and a record of when and how you gave it. We use this information only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to maintain our consent records.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Services, such as website hosting, form and scheduling tools, customer relationship management, email delivery, SMS delivery, and analytics. Our providers include Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Google (form record storage and analytics), Calendly (scheduling), and Resend (email delivery). These providers may access your information only to perform services for us and are obligated to protect it.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Entegro, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
• With your consent. For any other purpose you direct or agree to.

Sharing under this section is subject to the SMS restrictions in Section 4.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views and site performance without using cookies, and Google Analytics, which collects usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; we do not currently respond to those signals.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Form submissions and Scorecard results are generally retained while you remain a prospect or client and for a reasonable period afterward. SMS consent records are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance, even after you opt out.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.

Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing tyler@entegro.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at tyler@entegro.io.

Other jurisdictions. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants additional privacy rights (for example, the EU/UK, Colorado, Virginia, or other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Contact us to exercise them.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors

Entegro is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party websites and tools. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
