THE METHOD

We build the business that runs without you.

Our method, V2E, is outcome-driven. We hold the operator seat while we build the operational backbone, leadership team, and full-time hire pipeline your business needs to run without us. We exit when the outcomes are delivered, not when the calendar runs out. Time is a by-product, not a deliverable.

What it is: One offering. Clients enter through different doors, but they all receive the same underlying program: we define the operational state your business needs to reach, then we build it and hand it off.

What it solves: A founder's core skill, delivering value, and their vision for delivering it at scale gets stuck on one bottleneck: execution living outside of them. We remove that bottleneck.

What it isn't: It isn't one more consultant building a book of clients who can't function without them. Entegro is built to work itself out of a job. The goal is the opposite: install the structure, then hand the business back stronger.

The FACE framework

Every engagement delivers outcomes across four pillars. Together they are the foundation for a business that thrives without us.

F · Financials

Financials

Money clarity, discipline, and infrastructure.

Outcomes delivered

  • Reliable monthly financial reporting cadence, owned by an internal finance lead
  • Forecasting model in operation, updated regularly, used to drive decisions
  • AR/AP discipline with measurable performance and clear escalation paths
  • 13-week cash flow visibility owned by finance, reviewed by leadership
  • Budget process aligned with the strategic plan and quarterly priorities
  • Unit economics defined and tracked across products, services, or business lines
  • Pricing strategy documented and aligned to delivered value

A · Alignment

Alignment

Strategic clarity and direction across the company.

Outcomes delivered

  • Vision, mission, and values clarified, documented, and operating in daily decisions
  • Strategic plan documented with 1, 3, and 5 year horizons
  • Quarterly planning cycle running independently, owned by the leadership team
  • Go-to-market strategy aligned with operational capacity and financial reality
  • Cross-functional cadences operating without coordination from Entegro
  • Decision rights defined, accepted, and respected across leadership
  • Initiatives prioritized against capacity, with explicit tradeoffs visible to all

C · Culture

Culture

Right people, right seats, and healthy team dynamics.

Outcomes delivered

  • Right people in the right seats across the leadership team
  • Accountability chart documented and accepted by leadership
  • Performance management cadence in place, consistently applied
  • 1:1 cadence at leadership level operating reliably
  • Recruiting process functional, with defined roles, scorecards, and success metrics
  • Onboarding playbook documented and consistently applied
  • Mid-management layer in place or actively developing

E · Execution

Execution

Operating systems, processes, and delivery discipline.

Outcomes delivered

  • Operating cadence (weekly leadership, monthly all-team, quarterly planning) with internal owners
  • KPI scorecard tracked weekly by the team, surfaced into the leadership meeting
  • Core processes documented for the 6 to 10 critical workflows that run the business
  • Project management infrastructure operational, with a single source of truth
  • Cross-functional handoffs working without escalation to Entegro
  • CRM, pipeline, and operational data integrity established
  • Reporting and metrics infrastructure live and reliable

Three stages, each with a stage gate

Engagements progress through three stages. Each has a defined focus and a gate that must be cleared before advancing. We never advance because the calendar moved. We advance because the gate is cleared.

  1. Stage 01

    Hold the Seat

We fill the operator role and stabilize the business, establish credibility with leadership, build trust with the founder, surface the real issues, and install the foundational cadence.

    Stage gate

Operating cadence is running, leadership is aligned on the priorities, and the top two operational constraints are identified and being actively addressed.

  2. Stage 02

    Build the Backbone

We build the systems, processes, and team capacity to operate at scale, develop the mid-management layer, and define what the eventual full-time leadership hire looks like and inherits.

    Stage gate

The majority of outcomes across all four pillars are delivered, leadership owns their functions, and the full-time operational leader role is defined with compensation, scope, and success criteria.

  3. Stage 03

    Recruit and Transition

We define the full-time hire precisely, support recruiting, onboard the new operator, and transition out actively over 30 to 60 days. An advisor relationship can continue if the founder wants it.

    Stage gate

The full-time operational leader is in seat and operating effectively, Entegro is out of weekly involvement, and an advisory cadence is established if wanted.

The signal for done

An engagement is complete when these are observably true: the business operates at the cadence we established without Entegro driving it; where applicable, the full-time operational leader is in seat and effective; the critical mass of outcomes across all four pillars is delivered; the leadership team owns their functions without routinely escalating to us; and quarterly, monthly, and weekly cadences all run without Entegro leading them. At that point we either transition to an advisor relationship at your request, or close cleanly. Either way, we have done what we came to do.

How engagements differ by scope

Every engagement draws from this framework. What differs is which outcomes are in scope and how much operational depth we bring.

Lighter scope

Strategic Partnership

Led from a strategic seat at the founder level, with the Operator Lead advising rather than embedded. Focused on Alignment plus selected Financials and Execution outcomes. Fits earlier-stage or capital-constrained engagements.

Standard scope, and the default

Embedded Operations

The Operator Lead is embedded weekly with the leadership team, with full coverage of all four pillars. Fits most growth-stage clients.

Deep scope

Co-Operating Partnership

The Operator Lead is embedded with full depth, plus added team capacity (PM, finance specialist, or other) for major initiatives, and active full-time hire pipeline development. Fits clients in rapid scale or pre-exit preparation.

FAQ

What is V2E?

V2E is Entegro's outcome-driven method. We hold the operator seat and build the operational backbone, leadership team, and hire pipeline your business needs to run without us, then exit when the outcomes are delivered.

How long does an engagement take?

As long as the outcomes require, and no longer. Engagements move through three stage-gated phases; we advance when a gate is cleared, not when the calendar moves. Time is a by-product, not a deliverable.

What is the FACE framework?

FACE stands for Financials, Alignment, Culture, and Execution, the four pillars of operational maturity we build toward. Each has a defined set of delivered outcomes.

What is an EOS Integrator?

An Integrator is the operational leader who owns execution across the business, running the day-to-day, aligning the leadership team, and turning the visionary's ideas into results. Entegro fills this seat on a fractional basis.
